Top 10 Tuesday: Childhood Favorites

Hi y’all and welcome back to Top 10 Tuesday hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl! I’m going back to last week’s topic for my list this week: childhood favorites.

I have been a bookworm for as long as I can remember. And I love sharing some of my favorite reads from when I was a kid with my own kids. It’s so fun to see their love of reading flourish!

I’ve included a few novels and a few picture books on this list. My favorite book for a long time as a child was Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs (my dad says I requested it every night). And Harry Potter was the series that really got me reading on my own as a kid. These others are all associated with great memories. Reading is the best! This was a fun list to create. Enjoy!

What were some of your childhood favorites?

  1. I don’t think I was read to as a child. The books I read were little Disney books based on the movies. The only book from above that I have read is Harry Potter but I only started to read them when I was a teenager.
