It’s been a bit since I participated in Top 10 Tuesday hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. And I’m actually throwing it back a bit this week. The prompt I’ve selected is books on my TBR published before I was born. I loved looking at my TBR and at all the great books published before my lifetime that I still hope to read. Enjoy!

I have read all of these except Roll of Thunder, Hear My Cry (and that’s on my TBR)! I can heartily recommend each and every one. Hope you’ll get to one or another soon!

I really must read some more LM Montgomery books too. I’ve read the Anne books several times, but somehow I’ve never read any of the others.

That’s totally me too! I aspire to read more Montgomery. I hear great things about her other books and I love Anne. So I think I’d love her other books 🙂

A ton of books were published before I was born- mostly due to loving the classics:

1. Hard Times
2. To Kill a Mockingbird
3. Jane Eyre
4. Wuthering Heights
5. Tess (can’t spell this Hardy book)
