Today I am so excited to announce that I have over 150 wordpress followers! Thank you thank you for following along my bookish journey!
I am back today with a new installment of Book Traveling Thursdays hosted by Catia @ The Girl Who Reads Too Much and Danielle @ Danielle’s Book Blog. Ladies, I apologize for missing a few weeks. I am excited to be back and finding more covers!
This week’s topic is as follows: New Year, New You! Choose a book that inspires you.
I decided to chose The Book Thief by Markus Zusak. This book inspires me to value words and my ability to read, to build strong relationships with my family, to live a full life, and to kiss the boy I love more 🙂
The cover I own (and love):
Favorite Covers:
Least Favorite Covers:
Russian and then Chinese.
Please read The Book Thief!
Which covers do you like?
I enjoyed it, but not as much as everyone else. I think part of it is because it was at the end of the hype and I was a bit exhausted with WWII already. I strangely like the Russian cover, it has an ominous tone that some of the others don’t.

Thanks for your comment. I can appreciate the exhaustion of the WWII hype. And that is true about the Russian cover. I guess I prefer the less ominous ones. Thanks again for your thoughts!

This is one of my favorite books! I love the UK cover with Liesel dancing with death. It’s creepy, but fitting.

Welcome back 🙂 . I was going to choose this book too but I’ve already used it for another theme. It’s a great choice for the theme 😀

Thank you! This is seriously one of my all time favorite books. I just love it! I will probably have a hard time not using it for future themes 🙂
