Starting in 2018, I officially began a journey to read all the Newbery Medal winning novels. Right now, I am not reading in any particular order, just as I find one that strikes my interest.
My goal is to read all the Newbery winners. The timeline for that goal has shifted over the years. Right now, it’s a bit overwhelming to think about reading them all in a certain time frame. For me, reading is first about enjoyment so I’m shifting my goal a bit. For now, I want to read 5 Newbery winners a year (and hopefully blog about them too). It will take a while longer but it think it will also be enjoyable and more meaningful. So that makes it worth it for me. Thanks for listening to my ramblings and following my journey here.
Review links posted as I’m writing them. Asterisked novels are ones I have read previous to starting my blog in 2015.
