Welcome back to Top 10 Tuesday hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl!
I’ve scheduled this post to publish today. This week’s prompt is Books That Make Me Smile.
I love this idea and found this list to be one of the easiest I’ve created to date. So many books make me smile. Some because they are childhood favorites of mine. Some because they tell the stories of my favorite characters. Some because of their settings. Some because of the way they inspired me to read more. Regardless, I love books and so many continue to make me smile. I managed to keep this list to 10 but I could compile about 5 follow up lists with more books. Here are just a few of my favorites 🙂 Enjoy!
What books make you smile?
Love this list! HP, anne of green gables, guernsey and little women all made me smile!

As a special treat to myself, I just finished re-reading one of my favorite books of all time: The Guernsey Literary…….! And, oh, Strega Nona was a favorite when my daughter was young! I don’t know Edenbrooke, but I’ll get it, since you’ve got good taste.

I LOVE GUERNSEY SO MUCH! I do the same thing–treating myself to reading old favorites 🙂 My kids love Strega Nona too–especially the audiobook. Edenbrooke is one of my all time favorites! It reminds me a lot of Pride and Prejudice. I’d call it a historical romance. I hope you enjoy it!

Thanks so much for sharing! It’s fun to see different books from different stages of life on your list. I feel the same way about books as a child, teenager and now an adult.
