Welcome back to Top 10 Tuesday hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl!
I’m battling a yucky head cold this week so I was relieved when I saw this week’s topic: Ten Most Recent Additions to My To-Read List. It’s an easy one! I pulled up my Goodreads TBR and put this list together quite easily. Enjoy!
What are the most recent additions to your TBR?
I CANNOT wait for The Starless Sea!!! Much like every other reader lol

Haha! I am excited too–thinking I will reread The Night Circus in preparation 😉

I haven’t heard of the majority of these, but they look like good, classic stories. I did really like THE NIGHT CIRCUS, so I’m anxious to see what THE STARLESS SEA is all about. Hopefully we’ll both love it 🙂
Happy TTT (on a Wednesday)!

Several classics/older titles on my list this week. I am excited to read them. And yes, I felt the same way about Night Circus–hope we both enjoy this new one! 🙂

The Starless Sea is one I’m on the fence about reading. I don’t know why. I loved The Night Circus.

I must admit that I’ve read the summary on Goodreads a few times and I’m not sure exactly how all those pieces will fit together….haha! I’m thinking I need to reread The Night Circus before this one just to get in the mood for her masterful storytelling!

Surprised by Joy is a lovely read — I like to revisit it from time to time. There’s unexpected laughs along with the sadness and thoughtfulness. His account of his father’s impromptu speeches, for instance, always makes me laugh.

I am really excited about Til We Have Faces–a big goal of mine this year is to read more Lewis. Gobbolino was a recommendation from a blogger friend as a great book to read aloud with kids. I’m excited to try it!
