Top 10 Tuesday: Books I Wouldn’t Mind Santa Leaving Under My Tree This Year

Welcome back to Top 10 Tuesday hosted by The Broke and the Bookish! This week’s theme is all about Christmas: books I wouldn’t mind Santa bringing me this year.

As always, this list is long, and I love it. My husband knows that books are always at the top of my list and he is so sweet to spoil me every year. If we count series as more than one book, there are more than 10 here 🙂 Enjoy!

Winter by Marissa Meyer // I am so excited to read this book! Definitely top of my Christmas list!

The Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer // The series would not be complete without the other 3 novels. Love these and would love to add them to my library!

This is London by M Sasek // When I was on study abroad in London, I saw this book at a few local bookstores. And I didn’t buy it. Seriously, I have regretted that decision since. I would love this book–a children’s classic that takes readers on a tour of London.

Forest Born by Shannon Hale // My sweet husband bought me a boxed set of The Books of Bayern last year. But neither of us realized it was not complete! I would love to own the complete series with this one.

Heaven is Here by Stephanie Nielson // This book is just so inspiring. It makes me want to appreciate my life and my blessings all the more.

The Chronicles of Narnia by C. S. Lewis // I reread these last year and fell in love with them all over again. They are such beautiful stories and such intricate allegories.

BONUS: Movies on my list

What books are you hoping Santa brings you?

  1. I’d love to get my own set of the Lunar Chronicles books too! I borrowed them all from the library when I read them, but they sure would be pretty on my shelf! I hope you get some of your wishlist books this Xmas. 🙂
